House of Lilac, a premium flower company based in Miami, delivers bouquets and arrangements across the city and ships gifts nationwide.

House of Lilac’s digital transformation was the pivotal factor that helped them adapt during the COVID-19 pandemic. From the outset, the company invested in its digital presence as a flower retailer, and the payoff shows.

House of Lilac uses Microsoft 365 to consolidate everything under one application. It helped owner Melanie Fernandez organize the company, reduce costs, and increase efficiency and productivity—resulting in a business that’s blooming.
