Newcastle University gaat tegen de traditie in met een verbonden, op samenwerking gebaseerde cultuur

De verschillende faculteiten van Newcastle University staan op veel manieren onderling in contact met elkaar. De universiteit had een officiële manier nodig om al die verbanden te ondersteunen. Microsoft Teams bood een zeer uitgebreid, geïntegreerd platform om op dynamische wijze werkgroepen te maken binnen een multidisciplinair team. De universiteit telt nu wel 5.000 gebruikers onder de faculteitsmedewerkers en studenten, waardoor professionele diensten, onderzoeken en ondersteuning voor studenten beter zijn gestroomlijnd.
