Om zijn klanten zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn, moet Grant Thornton zijn uitgebreide kennis van economische en industriële trends op macroniveau koppelen aan de zakelijke behoeften op microniveau, de motivatie en de uitdagingen waarmee individuele leidinggevenden binnen het klantenbestand van het bedrijf worden geconfronteerd. Daarvoor gebruikt het wereldwijde accountants- en adviesbureau Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Microsoft Azure en LinkedIn Sales Navigator om "de macro te verbinden met de micro" en die informatie snel en nauwkeurig te leveren aan geografisch verspreide teamleden. Het bedrijf gebruikt ook Dynamics 365 Sales Insights om inzicht te krijgen in de gezondheid van de klantrelatie en te ontdekken waar nieuwe mogelijkheden liggen, om op basis van dat inzicht acties te ondernemen, nieuwe kansen sneller te benutten en meer deals te sluiten.
