Wijnmakerij Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona creëert de perfecte combinatie van traditie en technologie met Microsoft Teams

Teams zorgt voor virtuele oplossingen als reactie op een onverwachte crisis. De Bianchini-familie creëert al drie generaties lang uitzonderlijke wijnen op hun idyllische landgoed, waarbij de tradities van een historisch landgoed worden behouden, maar men een stap voor is op de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in de wijnwereld. Door de recente COVID-19-pandemie, waarbij beurzen werden uitgesteld en internationaal reizen onmogelijk was, veranderde alles. De Ciacci-wijnmakerij reageerde door Microsoft Teams te gebruiken. Om het bedrijf draaiende te houden werden fysieke bijeenkomsten snel vervangen door virtueel wijnproeven via Teams. Familieleden gebruikten Teams ook om samen te werken en in contact te komen met partners en leveranciers, waardoor de aanpassing een perfecte balans werd tussen traditie en technologie.
