Een bedrijf dat gek is op chocola en serieus en eerlijk met mensen omgaat, gebruikt Microsoft Teams om persoonlijke relaties op te bouwen

De Nederlandse start-up Tony's Chocolonely ontstond nadat een journalist onthulde dat er kinderslaven werden gebruikt in de cacao-industrie en hij een droom had om chocoladehandel slaafvrij te maken. Het bedrijf uit Amsterdam groeide snel, maar de oorspronkelijke apps voor samenwerking boden geen ondersteuning voor de internationale uitbreiding of de gewenste werk-privé-balans. Teams zorgt ervoor dat Tony's Chocolonely medewerkers op persoonlijk niveau kunnen communiceren met hun collega's in Europa, Amerika en Afrika. De toevoeging van telefoniemogelijkheden waarbij alles beschikbaar is op één interface maakt het nog krachtiger.
