Alcoa gebruikt Microsoft 365 om zijn communicatie en processen te verbeteren en de bedrijfsvoering te stroomlijnen. Op de locatie in IJsland gebruiken medewerkers Microsoft Teams om vanaf hun eigen mobiele apparaat toegang te krijgen tot bedrijfsinformatie, waar ze ook zijn. Alcoa gebruikt Teams en Microsoft 365 om operators meer te betrekken bij oplossingen waarmee medewerkers in IJsland efficiënt planningen kunnen beheren, processen kunnen stroomlijnen en de communicatie kunnen verbeteren.
