Carlsberg improves digital employee experience to reach 29,000 employees using Microsoft Viva

Carlsberg, a 175-year-old company with thousands of employees and offices throughout the world, needed a better way to reach employees and foster engagement and inclusion.   

So, they listened to what employees had to say and then created a new internal communications strategy.
