UFA modernizes vital retail and fueling solutions with SAP on Azure

United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative (UFA) is een groot landbouwcoöperatief in Canada, dat zijn klanten een divers aanbod aan producten en diensten levert. UFA liep tegen een obstakel op toen hun intern gehoste SAP-infrastructuur begon te resulteren in een afname van de productiviteit en een toename van het aantal fouten. Ze vroegen Microsoft om hulp. UFA slaagde erin om SAP in iets meer dan een maand tijd naar Microsoft Azure te migreren. Hierdoor werden de prestatieproblemen geëlimineerd, kon nieuwe software voortaan sneller worden geïmplementeerd en werd de schaalbaarheid verbeterd.
