Gemeente laat politie, brandweer en andere hulpdiensten sneller werken en beheerst de kosten met Microsoft 365

De Gemeente Corona (Californië) beschikte over een verouderde IT-infrastructuur waarmee het niet mogelijk was om adequaat in te spelen op de behoeften van de overheid of het publiek. Om dit probleem aan te pakken heeft Corona Microsoft 365 geïmplementeerd, waarvan Windows 10, Office 365 en Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security deel uitmaken. Nu de gemeente over deze moderne oplossingen beschikt, kunnen veel IT-problemen nu binnen 10 tot 20 minuten worden opgelost in plaats van in vier dagen zoals vroeger. Ook wordt er maar liefst $ 1.000 aan IT-onderhoud per incident bespaard en is er een fundament gelegd voor verbeteringen in de toekomst. Lees hier verder.
