H&R Block levert prestaties met Azure DevOps en Microsoft

Met de recente veranderingen in de belastingsector heeft H&R Block plannen gemaakt om voorop te blijven lopen. Zo biedt het bedrijf naadloze multikanaalservaringen en bundelt het zijn uiteenlopende gegevensbronnen om zijn klanten beter van dienst te zijn. Door zijn verschillende werklasten te verplaatsen naar Microsoft SQL Server 2017 en Microsoft Azure en door gebruik te maken van Azure-gegevensdiensten, is het belastingvoorbereidingsbedrijf in staat geweest om de dienstverlening te verbeteren, de schaal te vergroten om aan pieken in de vraag te voldoen en de innovatie te versnellen.
