Fintech-bedrijf profiteert van hoge prestaties en schaalbaarheid met SQL Server op Linux

Het financiële rapportage- en analyseplatform dv01 biedt institutionele investeerders transparantie en inzichten in leenmarkten voor consumenten. Gebaseerd op PostgreSQL en het Redshift-datawarehouse werden de dv01-toepassingen langzamer bij toenemende complexiteit. Na het verkennen van meerdere oplossingen stapte dv01 uiteindelijk over naar Microsoft SQL Server 2016 die wordt uitgevoerd op Azure Virtual Machines. Deze overstap zorgde voor de benodigde schaalbaarheid om de snelle groei te verwerken, reactietijd op vragen te verlagen van 30 seconden naar 1-2 seconden en het beheer met 90 procent te verminderen.
