Hoe het NASCAR-team Hendrick MotorsportsMicrosoft Teams gebruikt om races te winnen

In het raceseizoen van 2018 heeft NASCAR nieuwe regels opgesteld voor teams, waaronder een beperking van het aantal teamleden dat tijdens de races langs het circuit aanwezig mag zijn. Voor het legendarische raceteam Hendrick Motorsports betekende dit dat een groot aantal leden van hun race-day-crew hun kritieke taken op afstand moest uitvoeren vanaf het hoofdkwartier van het team in Concord, NC. Hendrick Motorsports heeft zich via technologie aangepast aan de nieuwe regels, waarbij Microsoft Teams hun nieuwe hub is voor alle communicatie en besluiten omtrent de race.
