Shell gebruikt Office 365 om de interne communicatie te verbeteren en medewerkers meer te betrekken bij bedrijfsprocessen

Royal Dutch Shell is een internationaal energiebedrijf dat ernaar streeft meer en schonere energieoplossingen te leveren aan klanten over de hele wereld. Shell gebruikt Microsoft Office 365 in combinatie met Microsoft Stream, Yammer en SharePoint Online om op een persoonlijkere manier met medewerkers te communiceren. Hierdoor kon het bedrijf onder 84.000 medewerkers zorgen voor meer saamhorigheid en een betere samenwerking. Bovendien kon het bedrijf met deze oplossingen interne divisies laten groeien en het intranet nieuw leven inblazen. Dankzij deze veranderingen kan het personeel op een interactieve, betekenisvolle manier communiceren en worden bedrijfsloyaliteit, productiviteit en innovatie gestimuleerd.
